Resolve ( is a mission-driven fintech platform designed to help the 70 million people in the US struggling with debt.

Resolve is a Public Benefit Corporation (what’s that) disrupting the predatory world of traditional debt relief.

We are a small but mighty team working remotely mostly around San Francisco, CA. We have team members in New York, Cluj (Romania) and Clark (Philippines).

We’ve raised $11 million from some of the top mission-driven fintech investors like QED, Fenway Summer, Camp One, Acumen Fund, Impact America, Lerer Hippeau, and Ulu Ventures.

We were awarded CFSI’s 2018 Finlab winner, the Financial Venture Studio 2019 Class, and The 2019 Inclusive Fintech 50.

Responsibilities & Requirements

  • Lead product and feature development across the entire platform.
  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management in a Software as a
    Service(SaaS) or Financial Tech(FinTech) atmosphere.
  • You’ll be responsible for improving current features and well as
    development new feature to improve our members’ financial lives.
  • You’ll be exposed to all aspects of the product including the member
    onboarding funnel, partner portals, and internal operations tools.
  • You will work closely with their internal team (marketing, operations,
    customer support) as well as integrated external service partners
    (debt negotiators, attorneys, credit counseling agencies) cross
  • The ideal person has a diverse entrepreneurial background ranging
    from marketing, project management, product development, and
    business development and can own the full life cycle.
  • You should also be eager to talk members, sit down live with their
    partners, and watch their customer support team.
  • You enjoy backing up your idea with data and writing clean and
    concise stories, epics and tickets.
  • You have a passion for helping people who are underserved and in
    financial distress.
  • Previous consumer finance experience is a big plus, but not required.
  • The ideal person is eager to transform human-based processes and
    decisions into software.
  • A deep understanding of online consumer behavior and motivation is
    a must.
  • Offshore experience is preferred, but not required.
  • This is an individual contributor role.
