Promotion Terms & Conditions


  1. Must comply to all of Resolve’s Guidelines as outlines in our T&C
  2. Offer Payment is for $100 towards a Debt Settlement and Debt Management Plan. Bankruptcy is not eligible for Offer Payment.
  3. Only valid one Offer Payment per household with the same address.
  4. To be eligible for Offer Payment, you must meet certain minimum qualifications:
    • At least $5,000 in unsecured debt enrolled in one of our partner debt programs
    • New member after April 1, 2020
    • Created Account from an online Resolve promotion campaign source, based on our system’s tracking records
    • If completing a Debt Settlement plan, successfully opened a GCS account and made a minimum deposit of $100
    • If completing a Debt Management Plan, successfully started a plan with one of our vetted partners and made a minimum payment of $100
  5. We reserve the right to deny payment if you do not meet the qualification requirements.
  6. (This might already be covered in our T&C)For our compliance purposes and in order to provide the Offer Payment to you, you hereby authorize us (or our third party service providers) to obtain, verify, and record information and documentation that helps us verify your identity and Bank Account details. When you create your Resolve Account and from time to time thereafter, we may require you to and you hereby agree to provide and/or confirm information and documentation that will allow us to identify you, such as:
    • A copy of your government-issued photo ID, such as a passport or driver’s license;
    • A copy of a utility bill, bank statement, affidavit, or other bill, dated within 3 months of our request, with your name and U.S. street address on it; and
    • Such other information and documentation that we may require.

Common Questions

  1. How do I redeem my $100?
    • There are 2 ways to redeem your $100: 
      • Once you complete your first payment of $100 or more into your new GCS bank account, upon starting your Debt Settlement Plan, you can email support@helloresolve.com to redeem your $100. 
      • Once you complete your first payment of $100 or more into your Debt Management Plan with one of our vetted partners you can email support@helloresolve.com to redeem your $100. 
  2. Where is my $100 deposited?
    • If you have a GCS bank account with Resolve it will be deposited directly into your account to go towards your Debt Settlement Plan.
    • If you started and began your payments on your Debt Management Plan we will be sending your check out to you in the mail (Resolve will confirm your address before mailing). 
  3. How long does it take to receive my payment?
    • You can expect payment approximately 30-90 days after your first minimum payment of $100 towards your debt plan.
